Our specialty is point in time valuations on single family, luxury, mini / mobile / modular homes, vacant residential and recreational sites, townhouses, condominiums suites and multi-family dwellings.

Known for being one of a small number of companies that regularly completes reports on seasonal and recreational types of properties, we pride ourselves on being prompt, professional and courteous to all clients.

Our company works full time valuing residential, recreational, multi-family properties and we do not sell or market real estate. We have a great deal of experience valuing some of Nova Scotia’s most prestigious dwellings, while ensuring that our reports meet all principles, professional standards and requirements, being fully compliant with the latest standards put in place by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. We complete annual education and recertification requirements put in place by the Appraisal Institute of Canada, as we realize the importance of lifelong learning is a key to a rewarding career. We are aware that no two properties are alike; we have a fine eye for detail to ensure that even the slightest item is never overlooked. All of our valuations are independent and supportable after extensive research and objective analysis is performed. 

We prefer to deliver the final report by email, in an effort to reduce our impact on the environment.
