E. Terry Clarke, CRA – Terry achieved the Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in November 1995. Terry is one of the select few appraisers with hold Real Estate Appraising licenses in both Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. He has been a member in Good Standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), Nova Scotia Real Estate Appraisers Association (NSREAA) along with the New Brunswick Association of Real Estate Appraisers (NBAREA). Terry has worked exclusively in the local appraisal market since 1993 and specializes in rural valuations and has expansive knowledge of the Northumberland Straight cottage and recreational market. |

Andrew J. Clarke, CRA – Andrew achieved his Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation in 2005 and has completed nearly 4,000 valuations since 2001. He is familiar with most types of building qualities, finishes, materials and workmanship that residential properties, small multi-family dwellings and single condominium units offer. In the past, he has appraised several residences in excess of one million dollars, while strictly adhering to the ethics and standards put in place by the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Some unique assignments that Andrew has completed in the past include: bio hazard valuations, appraisals on life estate owned dwellings, retrospective valuations for capital gains purposes and several appraisals within Fox Harb’r Resort- identified by most as Eastern Canada’s most luxurious development. |
